Z Scale MTL #50600161 50' DD Boxcar w/Load New York Central #45335

These 50' box cars with double Youngstown doors are painted box car red with large New York Central "Early Bird" logo and black lettering. They were built in April 1957 by Despatch Shops, Inc., and run on Bettendorf trucks. These cars were part of a group of 1900 XM class box cars numbered into road series 45000-46899. They're stenciled in the "New York Central Early Bird Fast Freight Service" scheme.
